The NBA is in a lockout and the fans are outraged. They have not been able to watch a game for weeks now because neither side (Players and Team Owners) could come to an agreement on the players contracts. The NBA lockout has captured the attention of the LA Kings Hockey Team and they are in high hopes of capturing some of the Laker Fan and LA Clipper's fan base. The NHL is no stranger to lockouts and has taken a few hard hits in the past, but hockey in Canada is still very strong because of the fan support and love for the game. All we can hope is that this NBA lockout will come to a close.
